Di-Matrix, founded in 1984, is an experienced, ISO 9001:2000 / AS9100 and Nadcap certified manufacturer of sheet metal, CNC machined parts, welded assemblies and nondestructive testing (NDT).

Quality – With almost 90 years of experience in the quality department, our experience spans a wide range of industries including military, aerospace, commercial, industrial, medical, electronic and automotive. Other related experience on staff includes certified quality engineer (CQE) and Master Black Belt experience.

Di-Matrix’s quality service is also derived from our eagerness to work with you to enhance your success via value engineering, value analysis, advanced quality planning techniques like FMEA, control plans, etc., and from the highest quality inspection equipment. Not only is the calibration of all gauges performed regularly by an independent third party, but also noteworthy is that all dimensional inspections can be handled in house.

Sheet metal – Our lasers, punches and presses can create a broad range of sheet metal products from delicate brackets and enclosures to heavy-gauge, military armor products. From mild steel and aluminum to different types of exotic metals, Di-Matrix works with many types of materials and processes to create the sheet metal products you need.

Machining – Our CNC mills and lathes can turn a block of virtually any type of metal, including brass and other exotics, into products ranging from space-qualified electronic connectors to industrial fixtures. We also finish castings from turbine blades to high-tech cabling connectors.

Welding – Nadcap certified (AS7110) MIG and TIG welding, brazing and oxy/acetalene welding capabilities enable us to meet a broad range of welding requirements, from the most delicate to the most robust.

Nondestructive Testing – Nadcap certified (AS7114) nondestructive testing capabilities include penetrant, and pressure and flow testing.

Assemblies – Di-Matrix can also be an extended part of your team for kitting and creating light mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies, and pre-assemblies to meet your needs.
